3. Delivery and Timelines:
   - SetPwr Marketing will strive to meet project timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
   - Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities:
   - Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for project execution.
   - Any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of SetPwr Marketing.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:
